Synopsis: Inherited renamed feature not clickable in Rename or Redefine clauses in Basic Text view

Description
An inherited feature that is renamed to a new name is not clickable in the
inheritance clause of a class in Basic Text view.  Although it may be just an
implementation limitation, I'm reporting this as a bug because inherited features
that are not renamed *are* clickable in Rename and Redefine clauses (probably
applies to other feature adapatation clauses as well, but I didn't test this).

To reproduce:  Compile with attached classes.  In Basic Text view the features
in the Rename and Redefine clause of TEST are not clickable (except for `make',
which is clickable presumably because it was not renamed).
