Synopsis: No error displayed when enter nonexistent or confidential report number

Description
If I enter report number 11111 (which I presumablly do not have access to)
and if I'm displaying reports in the same window, when I click Go 
the "report is confidential or does not exist" message is not displayed.
This is very confusing if I mistype a number and expect to see my problem
report, only to see the same page listing all my problem reports.

Using Firefox 1.0.6 on Solaris 9 on SPARC.
