Synopsis: Clicking on Call Stack element on column divider doesn't switch to that element

Description

I had noticed previously that sometimes when I click on a Call Stack element in
the debugger, that element is not made the current element (doesn't show green
arrow for it or display corresponding routine in Context window).  I have now
realized that this only seems to happen when my click happens to fall on a
column divider, and is thus interpreted as a request to resize the column width.

This might not be fixable (fix_able? fix_supporting? :-) but it definitely had
me perplexed until I figured it out.
