Synopsis: Profiler doesn't work with gprof

Description
When I ask the EiffelStudio ProfilerWizard to use a gcc/gprof gmon.out file I get the following error:
gmon.out: file too short to be a gmon file
and the profile information window stays empty. Using gprof I get the usual information.

I asked Emmanuel Stapf about the profiler some time ago and his response was "PROFILER_INVOKER is used to extract information from the generated profile output when not using our profiler. I must admit that we haven't used that facility for a very long time and I'm not sure if it still works."

So I guess it doesn't work.
To Reproduce
I modified config.sh and changed the optimize flag to -pg to generate the profile information. Then I built the finalized version of the project and ran it and tried to import it via the ProfileWizard.
