Synopsis: Windows/Minimize all does not minimize Project Settings or Preferences

Description

Selecting Windows/Minimize all does not minimize some
windows, including Project Settings and Preferences
(there may be others as well).  Also, these windows aren't
listed in the Windows menu, so I can't find them that
way.
