PR# 10695 Please add accelerator keys to Project Settings "Edit File pattern" dialog

From the Project Settings window, navigating around the "Edit File pattern" dialog is very difficult via the keyboard.

For example, if I want to add a new rule, I have to hit Shift+Tab many times to set focus to the "Add rule" button, then Tab to get back to the top.

An easy solution to this would be to provide accelerator keys so that I could type, say, Alt+A to add a rule, without having to tab around.

Shortcuts or accelerators for the + and minus buttons would also help a lot. Since you have two sets of these, I guess they should be sensitive to whether Excludes or Includes currently has focus.
