Synopsis: Please use check boxes for boolean properties in Project Settings and Tools | Preferences

Description
In the Project Settings and Tools | Preferences windows, there are boolean properties that we can manipulate as True/False values in a drop-down list.

This is awkward. It requires quite a few mouse clicks or keystrokes to toggle one of these.

It would be much easier if these boolean properties used check boxes.
